Every class ends with high fives. Sometimes we grab a coffee. Sometimes there are snacks. Sometimes we meet our new best friends.

Meet CHARO
Co-Founder & Chief Energy Officer
Charo has been building fitness communities in Montreal for years — first in the Plateau, then in Griffintown, hauling equipment across the town when he had to. At some point the logistics stopped making sense. The city had better spaces than a parking lot could offer, and the weights weren't going to carry themselves.
The cargo trike was the answer. A mobile gym that goes where cars can't, stops where the people are, and arrives with enough energy to turn a Tuesday morning into something worth waking up for.
Charo's been coaching long enough to know that technique matters and community matters more.
Meet SCOTT
Co-Founder & Chief Connection Officer
Scott has spent over two decades helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more human environments. He has founded four social enterprises, including the Padua Community Wellness Center, DESTA Black Community Network, Organik Corporate Health, and the Be Human Club, while teaching hundreds of yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes and delivering more than 300 talks on integrating wellness into daily life.
He is also a Spa Scandinave ambassador who spends Montreal winters jumping into icy lakes, rivers, and cold baths because, in his words, cold water is his antidote to restlessness.
Scott joined MUVMNT because it represents exactly what he has been building toward throughout his career: wellness that happens in real life, with real people, in real community.

The coaches who push you, the strangers who become regulars, the regulars who become friends. Community isn't a feature here. It's the whole point.

The best workouts are the ones you actually show up for. So we've built fun classes for every level: Bootcamp, HIIT&RUN, Pilates, Yoga - you name it!
Light cardio, heavy weights, and everything in between, led by coaches who make you want to come back next week. And the week after that. And the week after that ;)
OUTSIDE
The final ingredient that's gonna make this your favourite part of the day? We've taken the workouts outside. Fresh air, open sky, and sunshine on your face while you work up a sweat.
